What Do I Do If My Card Gets Lost/Stolen?
If you fear a card has been lost or stolen contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the card.
How Do I Cancel My Perk Card?
To cancel a card contact us at email@example.com to verify your account and identify the card you would like to cancel.
How Do I Add/Remove Employees From A Team?
Go to the "Teams" dropdown in your navigation bar, choose "My Teams" and select the team you want to change. To remove an employee, select "actions" and "remove from team". Adding an employee can be done by choosing the "add member" button above the top left of your team’s table.
How Do I Update My Personal Information?
Your personal info can be updated in your account settings. If you need extra support with this, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com

How Do I Add My Perk Card To Apple/Google Pay?
In order to check your Perk card balance you need to log-in to your Perk account through this link: https://app.getperk.co/auth/sign-in
Once you have logged in to your account you will be able to see your balance on your dashboard. If you have not activated your Perk card yet, please follow this link along with the prompts to activate your card before checking your balance: https://app.getperk.co/activate
If your card has declined,
1. Log-in to your Perk account and double check the remaining balance, you can look through your transactions and see any previous card declines.
2. Check The Perk's marketplace for a list of supported vendors and ensure the vendor you are wishing to purchase from is accepted.
3. Double check your PIN (to ensure it was entered correctly), your PIN will be shown on your Employee Dashboard underneath your card balance.
